AAPA accepts certificates of participation for educational activities certified for AMA PRA Category 1 Credit(s)™ from organizations accredited by ACCME or a recognized state medical society. Physician assistants may receive a maximum of 12.00 hours of Category 1 Credit(s)™ for participating in this activity.

Nurses and Nurse Practitioners

Nurses and other healthcare professionals who participate in this CME activity may submit statements of attendance to their appropriate accrediting organizations or state boards for consideration of credit. The participant is responsible for determining whether this activity meets the requirements for acceptable continuing education.

Non-Physician Credit

Certificates of attendance will be provided to attendees who cannot accept AMA PRA Category 1 Credits.

MOC

Successful completion of this CME activity enables the participant to earn 12.00 MOC points in the American Board of Pediatrics (ABP) Maintenance of Certification (MOC) program. Participants will earn MOC points equivalent to the amount of CME credits claimed for the activity. It is the CME activity provider’s responsibility to submit participant completion information to ACCME for the purpose of granting ABIM MOC credit.
